Ford Provides FCVs to Florida

Ford has delivered three Focus hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and another pair to Progress Energy. The delivery is part of a five city program involving 30 fuel cell vehicles. Additionally, Ford will support Florida's hydrogen initiative with eight hydrogen internal combustion shuttle buses for use in the Orlando area. A pair of Ford 4.2-liter V-6 industrial engines converted to run on hydrogen are also being provided to power two TUG M1 tow tractors at Orlando International Airport.
