Hybrid Toyota Highlander Coming

We all knew it was coming...but not when. After Toyota started talking up its coming 2005 Lexus RX 330 hybrid SUV last year, it just made sense that a Toyota Highlander wouldn't be far behind. Now that's coming to pass. Toyota says the midsize Highlander SUV hybrid will be outfitted with its acclaimed Hybrid Synergy Drive and show up in showrooms late in 2004, becoming the second gasoline-hybrid vehicle in the Toyota stable.
