Phill, Honda's home refueler for natural gas vehicles, is available for lease through 17 California Honda dealers in San Diego, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Lease prices range from $34 to $79 per month, plus installation, depending on regional incentive programs.

Built by FuelMaker, Phill allows drivers the convenience of refueling their Civic GX natural gas vehicle conveniently at home using an existing natural gas supply. Because of favorable utility rates for natural gas, the introduction of home refueling allows the Civic GX to realize the lowest fuel cost per mile of any new vehicle sold in the U.S.
